Austin Energy Regional Science Festival
The Science Festival promotes the study of science and technology among our students, strengthening the Central Texas economy and increasing educational levels. It is the only regional science fair in Texas that includes competition for elementary students as a way of encouraging early interest in the sciences and is among the largest of Texas' 20 science fairs.
We are affiliated with the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair and comply with all of its rules and guidelines.

Who Participates?
The Austin Energy Regional Science Festival serves elementary, middle and high school students from across Central Texas. This includes Bastrop, Brazos, Burleson, Caldwell, Fayette, Lee, Travis, Washington, Williamson, and northern Hays counties.
Sponsorships
Sponsorships provide an opportunity for your organization to contribute to and receive recognition from this exciting, high-visibility event.

Sponsorship Levels
Your organization can sponsor the Austin Energy Regional Science Festival 2011 at five levels. They are:

- Special Award Category, named for your company. Trophy presented. Your company determines category and judging criteria. Your company chooses winner. (Comparable to Austin Energy’s Best Use of Electricity Award)
- Promotional booth at which you can demonstrate company products/processes in scientific vein or other material that lends itself to the sciences
- One company representative on stage to assist in presentation of awards during ceremonies
- Banner with company name and logo, indicating platinum sponsor at main entrance to festival
- Banner with name and logo and indicating platinum sponsor in the awards ceremony auditorium
- Company name and logo on sponsors’ billboard list at entrance to Palmer Events Center
